For pvp the level 20 grit perk that caps incoming damage at 25% is a must. I'd say 20 Vit for the Auto heals is good along with either 20 Strenght or Agility depending on the weapons you use. It is easy to make a glass cannon dps and die fast in pvp. Going for a sustaining tanky build in medium armor that gives bonus health is the way to go.
