If you HAVE to drive the truck until the dealer can fix it, putting the transmission in tow mode around town and then taking it out of tow mode at highway speed (65+ mph) should reduce or maybe stop the shuddering. Tow mode changes the shift points and keeps the RPM's higher.

I have a 2011 LT AWD, factory tow package. Last winter I noticed an intermittent vibration. I had tires changed out and seemed to help but after a while it got progressively worse.The truck has a 6 inch lift and 35x12.5x20's. So what i've done is tune the TCC in first 4 gears to not engage. Shutter gone. However in 5th and 6th gear I still have shutter. So I've been trying to go into the Apply Ramp and multiply the table by 1.4. Do you guys know anyway to fix this shutter other than replacing the torque converter.Shudder, 2-3 Upshift or 3-2 Downshift Concern.
