I dont know if it was an anime or american one, but i have a few pictures i remember from the show. The show goes around a unit that have a role to deal with supernatural forces and if im not mistaken maybe also some kind of aliens or creatures.[TOMT][Cartoon] Was on around 1998ish-99ish, atleast when I watched it and I believe it was on Cartoon Network or something similar. There's a cartoon I remember watching from either the late 90's or early 2000's, either Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network. I am specifically thinking of the main character who looks a lot like the main guy from "Home Movies" cartoon with the red hair, or Phineas from Phineas & Ferb, with a triangle looking head, long nose, and blown back blonde hair.
