Computer have previous versione of rustdesk.exe. Download nightly build and try execution. this file with *.dll not found. there are no other test I can do. The file was downloaded directly from the official Github nightly releases. I'm currently running the server service (hbbs / hbbr files) on this same Windows 11 Pro machine. 2 weeks ago. Confirmed same issue as Shadow-Phax. My normal WAN IP (from Xfinity) seems to be blocked from the Rustdesk servers. If I ping rs-ny.rustdesk.com , request timed out / no response. If I connect to a vpn and then ping the same address, I get 4 fast 65 ms responses. I re-tested using multiple VPNs on multiple computers.
