I have hunter's outfit (not the elite skilling outfit) and using torstol incense sticks as exp modifiers. I have also stacked up a decent amount of bonus xp (around 10m) I am getting 1264 xp drop per action from enriched spawns, where wiki states it's 520 xp per action, so I should basically be expecting at least 1560 xp per action.
