I started a thread about this very problem. After the recent update I was in year 2031 offline franchise and it crashes after every playoff game. I am going back to play 2022 starting today until they fix this. Really pisses me off they let this game crash bug back in the game after fixing last spring in 2022. Oct 15, 2022 · Went through the preseason without an offensive coordinator. When I advanced to the regular season the cpu created and hired a new offensive coordinator. I don't know if this has any bearing on the glitches that people are experiencing.
So I was having this problem too. What you need to do is before starting the off season fire your OC. Then hire new one. Problem solved. Thats not problem solved that is a work around. The game fires my offensive coordinator after the season and won’t let me hire a new one. I get a notification saying I need one to play the next.
