The deadbolt that was sent was only a tap in and we needed one that also has a plate on the latch. We ended up using the old one so it covered the mortise, more for the appearance than operation.If you are experiencing the lever falling off, the set screw is still in the shaft. If you remove the lever and on one side of the shaft there is a hole and the other side there is a silver button. That silver button is the set screw.
